Privacy Policy

  • At sign-up: username, password (stored only as a one-way hash), display name
  • Email: optional (required to start streaming)
  • Collected automatically: IP address, device information (User-Agent), access time
  • Payments: payment records (payments are processed by Toss Payments; we never receive card numbers)
  • Service records: chat and stream records
  • Identifying members, login and account management
  • Providing streams, clips, chat and other features
  • Processing payments, refunds and payouts
  • Preventing abuse, handling reports and security
  • Responding to inquiries and sending service notices

When you delete your account, your personal information is deleted immediately. Your username is kept to prevent impersonation.

The following are retained as required by law:

  • Payment and transaction records: 5 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
  • Access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

  • Toss Payments: payment processing
  • Email delivery provider (SMTP): verification and password reset emails

You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Do it in Settings or email , and we will handle it without delay.

  • Login session cookie (pg_session)
  • Theme and language cookies

We do not use ad tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to log in.

  • One-way hashing of passwords
  • HTTPS encryption
  • Restricted access to systems that process personal information

This Policy takes effect on November 1, 2026. Changes will be announced in the Service.
