Terms of Service

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the live streaming, clip, chat and other services (the "Service") provided by Pogden (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its members.

  • Member: a person who has agreed to these Terms and created an account
  • Channel: the space where a member streams and posts clips
  • Stream: video broadcast live on a channel
  • Clip: a short video cut from a stream and saved
  • Pog: a paid currency purchased for use within the Service
  • Watch Points: free points earned on a channel, such as by watching (no cash value)
  • Each account is for one person only. You may not lend or sell your account.
  • You must be 14 or older to sign up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any loss caused by failing to do so.

Members must follow applicable laws and these Terms, and must not:

  • Stream, post or distribute illegal content
  • Post non-consensual intimate imagery or child sexual exploitation material
  • Infringe copyright, portrait rights or other rights of others
  • Engage in hate speech, harassment, threats or discrimination
  • Impersonate another person or the Company
  • Spam, or use bots or automation to manipulate viewer counts, chat or points
  • Expose minors to harmful content, or exploit or solicit minors

Members retain the rights to the streams, clips and chat they create.

Members grant the Company a free, non-exclusive license to store, stream, clip, display and feature that content for operating the Service.

Streams are not kept as full VODs; only clips are stored.

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Material changes unfavorable to members will be announced in the Service in advance. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages or force majeure.

If a member violates these Terms or the law, the Company may take the following actions depending on severity:

  • Warning
  • Chat restriction
  • Temporary or permanent suspension
  • Channel ban and removal of the content

Serious violations such as non-consensual intimate imagery are acted on immediately without warning and reported to the authorities.

  • Pog purchases, cancellations and refunds follow applicable Korean law, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  • Unused Pog may be cancelled within the period set by law.
  • Donations delivered to a streamer are not refundable, except where required by law.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider (Toss Payments).
  • Pog top-ups and Pog donations are not offered during the beta. We will announce when they become available.

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, a member's own fault, the content members post, or disputes between members or between members and third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising from use of the Service.

These Terms take effect on November 1, 2026.
